The fine print, in plain English
- $395 / $445 covers everything for local jobs: delivery, pickup, the 7-day rental, and trash up to the included tonnage. No separate delivery line, no fuel surcharge, no add-ons.
- Outside the immediate local area: we'll quote distance with your dumpster. Your number is still locked before we roll.
- Overage past the included tonnage: $55 per ton from 2 to 3 tons (the landfill rate, no markup). $65 per ton from 3 to 4 tons. $150 per ton over 4 tons, which keeps a roll-off from getting loaded past what it was built to handle. Weighed on pickup. We tell you up front if your project sounds like it'll go over.
- Extended rental: $5 per day past the 7-day window, agreed up front.
- Need a swap mid-job? Swap pricing depends on the address (quoted the same way delivery and pickup are), plus $55 per ton for what we haul off. Tell us when you book and we'll give you the number for your location.
- What can't go in: Hazardous waste, paint, batteries, tires, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, liquids. Not sure if your stuff qualifies? Just ask. We'll tell you straight.

The quote we send back covers delivery, pickup, the rental window, and the included tonnage. Every line item is named before you sign off. Overage rules are spelled out in advance. The number you agree to is the number you pay.
- One all-in number. $395 for a 12-yard and $445 for a 15-yard are the floor for jobs near our Afton yard. Delivery, pickup, 7 days, and up to 2 tons of trash are all inside that price. Anything further gets a transparent distance line item on the quote, and the number on your quote is the number you pay.
- Quote in writing. Sent before we deliver. You confirm before we roll.
- Overage spelled out. $55 per ton from 2 to 3 tons (the landfill rate). $65 per ton from 3 to 4 tons. $150 per ton over 4 tons. Weighed on pickup. We tell you up front if your project sounds like it'll go over.
- Payment up front. We charge for all of it at booking. Overage (if any) settles on pickup. No invoicing 30 days later.

Most folks don't know the back of a roll-off opens up. The whole rear gate swings open. So instead of heaving heavy debris up and over the top rail, you walk it in at ground level.
That means: mowers, appliances, drywall stacks, brush piles, you walk them in instead of hoisting them over the top. Less lifting. Faster loading. Less of a wrecked back come Sunday night.
